Privacy notice

We don't collect personal data. KitchenTenders has no accounts, no sign-up or contact forms and no comment boxes, so we never ask for your name, email address or any other personal information.

Cookies and tracking

We don't use advertising or social media trackers, and we don't set cookies. To understand which pages are useful we may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and privacy-first: it does not use cookies or local storage, does not fingerprint visitors and does not track you across sites. It gives us aggregate figures such as page views only.

Hosting

The site is a set of static pages hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse; see Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Weekly email

The weekly email isn't launched yet. When it is, this notice will be updated before we collect any email addresses, explaining what we keep, why and how to unsubscribe.

Data sources

The tender and contract information on this site is public-sector open data. It contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0, from Find a Tender and Contracts Finder (Cabinet Office), Public Contracts Scotland and Sell2Wales. Republic of Ireland data comes from eTenders open data (Office of Government Procurement), licensed under CC BY 4.0. More detail is on about the data.
